My Story

I am you and you are me! One day, my life was shattered by a trauma that stripped me of the role of "mother" and left me wondering how I could take my next breath.

Through my own journey of recovery, I have experienced the grips of depression, thralls of trauma, and the heart-pounding, gut-wrenching anxiety that keeps you awake at night wishing for a sign that this may come to and end.

I have dedicated my life to understanding people, listening to their stories, and finding ways to impact their journey with compassion, empathy, and a fierce drive to Inspire people to get their lives back from depression, trauma, anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, or whatever else is keeping them from living their best lives.

I believe in honesty. I believe people can change. I believe in second chances. I believe that recovery is possible. Most of all, I believe in all of you who have even a faint glimmer of hope that the suffering can end.
